The Family Podiatry have been treating my daughter’s flat feet since she was approximately 2 years old and we are delighted with the results. The whole experience has been such a pleasant one. The front of house staff are always friendly, efficient and very professional. My daughter always looks forward to her check up appointments because they’re fun and engaging (even for terrible toddlers!). We have had such a positive experience that even my husband now uses their services. Service is always professional and I leave well-informed about my PTTD condition and progress each time. Proof of progress is always backed up by data and Dr Kardem makes sure to go through the relevant visuals (recorded footage which captures my gait/pronation) and pressure distribution analysis to explain how my condition is improving during every consultation session. Price point is a little high but I have never felt coerced to pay anything beyond my budget; Dr Kardem provides options and alternatives, which is very important for a working young adult like me! All in all, the journey has been fulfilling, and restores confidence when it comes to overcoming pain when walking or running.

Could not recommend Dr Kardem and the FPC as a whole more highly. My treatments were spectacularly effective, resolving very long term pain due to plantar fascitis and bone spurs. Completely changed how I walk and move. So very grateful for the expertise, kindness and care.

Dr Mark is a doctor with a heart for his patient. I first consulted him in late Mar'23 for plantar fasciitis. The pain at my heel was almost unbearable till it affected my daily activities. At 1st I was skeptical but was open 2 the shockwave treatment. Dr mark was upfront n explain the entire treatment process. During each weekly session, he was attentive and patient in anwering all my concetns. Today is my 8th treatment n I'm almost pain free. Minus surgery. Sometimes he would share his stories with me n he would listen to mine too. This is what makes dr mark n his team stands out. Their willingness to listen n share their expertise n experience makes me feel like a part of their family. Hence this is my experience with the clinic n their team. Very genuine people who listen from their heart n response with great zeal for what they do.

I visited Dr Mark Reyneker and then later Dr Kardem for plantar fasciitis. It took a lot of treatment (shock wave therapy) but the team were really patient and gave lots of tools, advice for stretches, advice for shoes etc. A year in and I’m finally pain free!

I came to Dr Mark with a painful nearly-hanging-off big toenail. He had to completely remove the offending nail and he did it quickly, without any pain at all, and he was absolutely reassuring. A week later and the toe is pretty much fine, pain free (although without a nail, but I'm sure that'll grow back eventually). I could not recommend these guys more highly for any toe/nail/foot related issues or injuries.
